  马上就要到农历新年了,过年的气氛也越来越浓厚了。要说过年最重要的节目之一,那肯定是非吃莫属了。过年期间每户家庭都会准备很多美味佳肴,甚至很多人会启动“过年模式”,开始大鱼大肉,暴饮暴食,但其实这很容易带来健康的隐患。那么,一不小心吃多了,肚子开始闹脾气,又或者上火了,中医有没有什么办法来解决呢?   首先,最重要的当然是新年时美食那么多,如果我们吃得太多了,导致肚子不舒服,涨风,胃酸呃逆,甚至更严重者出现恶心呕吐,腹泻等情况,这些表现在中医都是属于食积的表现,那我们可以怎么做呢?接下来介绍几个药膳食谱帮助大家消消食:     1. 食积 — 消食化滞   山楂麦芽茶 来源:《中国药膳》 组成:山楂10g、生麦芽10g   制作方法:山楂洗净、切片,与麦芽同放入杯中,倒入开水,加盖冲泡30分钟后,代茶饮用。 方解:山楂和生麦芽均属于消食化滞的常用药物,同时也是食品。山楂俗称“山里红”、“红果”等,是蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实,味道酸涩,略甜。山楂中含有大量的维生素C,具有一定的营养价值。另外山楂中含有的脂肪酶可以促进脂肪消化,酸甜的口感可以刺激胃酸分泌,具有帮助乳制品、肉类食物消化的作用。而生麦芽中含有蛋白水解酶及B族维生素,多用于消米面、薯类食积、食滞。此药膳用山楂、生麦芽一同冲泡,具有健胃消食、化积导滞的作用,临床上常用来缓解因进食过多肉类、乳类食物导致的食积、食欲减退,胃腹胀满、恶心呕吐等症状。而且由于味道酸甜可口,更适合老年人、小孩等人群的口味,易于被他们接受。     2. 脾胃虚弱 — 健脾消食   健胃消食蛋羹 来源:《临床验方集锦》 组成:山药、茯苓、莲子、山楂、麦芽、鸡内金、陈皮等量,鸡蛋一枚,食盐、酱油适量。   制作方法:上7味研末后取5g,加入鸡蛋中打散后蒸熟,加入适量食盐、酱油调味后食用。 方解:方中所用山药、茯苓、莲子均具有益气补中的作用,同时此三者味甘性平,既能补益脾胃,又可以除湿止泻,临床上常用于治疗脾胃虚弱不思饮食、泄泻久痢等症状。而鸡蛋具有补脾和胃,养血安神,滋阴润燥的功效,在加上消食导滞的山楂、麦芽和鸡内金,理气的陈皮,可以起到补脾理气,健胃消食,补消兼施的作用。对于脾胃虚弱的人群,因进食不当导致的胃肠不适,有缓解作用。       除了食积以外,大家经常说的“上火”也是很多很多人过年时遇到的情况,通常都是因为过年时吃太多的年货如过年饼干,肉干等等;再加上熬夜,通常表现为喉咙痛,牙龈发炎,口腔溃疡,便秘尿黄等等,那就可以尝试以下几种茶来清热解毒:   1.  来杯菊花普洱 清火解腻少不了   说到降火,那么肯定会想到“菊花茶”,尤其是上好的贡菊冲泡的茶饮不仅清热解毒,更能清肝明目降火气。如果因为吃好喝好而上火,那么不妨试试菊花普洱,菊花可清热降火,普洱能消脂解腻,两者搭配清火气又解油腻。     2.  薄荷叶和绿茶 搭配起来正合适   薄荷叶是一种中药,性凉味辛,有宣散风热、清头目、透疹之功效,对于上火、牙龈肿痛有着良好的缓解效果。而绿茶也有清热降火之效,两者搭配再加点蜂蜜或者白糖,可以说是美味又独具功效的降火利器。     以上这些药膳虽然都能帮助解决食积或上火的问题,但大家过年最重要的还是合理饮食,切勿暴饮暴食,还有得到充足的休息,才不会照成身体的负担,而导致健康出现问题。 ...

13 NOV 2019     肥胖的成因较复杂,多数学者认为肥胖与体质、年龄、饮食习惯、劳逸、情绪、遗传等因素有关。   过度肥胖不仅使身材臃肿,对身体健康也会造成不良影响,甚至是导致糖尿病或高血压等疾病的重要因素之一。所以一旦体重超过标准的10%,表示身体健康已经亮起红灯,必须特别注意减重。首先,肥胖与人之先天禀赋有关。其次,与过食肥甘、膏梁厚味有关。摄入精美而多,其有余部分化为膏脂,蓄积体内,则为”膏人”、”脂人”、”肥人”。再次,久卧、久坐、活动过少,也是肥胖的重要原因。     本病的发生与脾、胃、肾三脏功能失调有关。脾胃功能失常,肾原虚惫则引起气血偏盛偏衰、阴阳失调,导致肥胖。脾胃虚弱则水湿不化,酿生痰浊;胃肠腑热则食欲偏旺,水谷精微反被炼成浊脂;真元不足则气不行水,凝津成痰,导致痰湿浊脂滞留肌肤而形成肥胖。   但如果为了速效减肥贸然服用减肥药物,很可能会危害健康。正确的方法是平时就应该注意自己的体重,超过标准体重时应设法减少食量或少吃油腻与甜食,以免体重失控。瘦身减肥的基本条件就是控制饮食与增加运动,千万不可贸然相信某些偏方,谨守一下的原则,才可避免体重上升。   1) 遵循“早餐吃得好,午餐吃得饱,晚餐吃得少:的原则     2) 减少脂肪与糖的摄取。吃鸡肉时最好不吃鸡皮,另外少吃肥肉和甜点。 3) 多吃蔬菜可产生饱腹感,多运动则可消耗体内的热量 4) 避免累积压力。压力过大时人容易暴饮暴食,所以感觉压力太大时,应多通过运动或听音乐等方式来排解。 5)可适量饮用红豆山楂茶。   红豆山楂茶     材料 红豆 – 30克 山楂 – 30克 红枣 – 5个   做法 1) 将红枣洗净,去核;红豆洗净,用清水浸泡半天;山楂洗净,去核。 2) 锅中倒入1.5升水,用大火煮沸后转小火熬煮,代茶饮用   功效 红豆可除湿利尿;山楂具有调节血脂、去除油腻的功效;红枣有强筋壮骨、补血行气、滋颐润颜的作用。喝红豆山楂茶能去湿消肿,改善肥胖。   Authored ...
