  • Are our prices inclusive of GST?

    Please note that our business is GST registered and we charge GST on our products and shipping.

    You may check if the prices indicated on our shop are indicated as before GST or after.


  • Can I request for same-day or time-specific deliveries?

    Yes, our shipping options are designed to be simple and flexible to suit your needs.

    Same-day will be fulfilled under our Same Day Delivery option (+$15) from Monday to Friday between 9am -6pm.


    As of now, our website does not offer an option for time-specific deliveries. If you require time-specific deliveries, do confirm with us on the arrangement via email to work out a method of delivery.


  • Can I return my purchase?

    We’re sorry that you feel this way regarding your purchase.

    Currently, we do not accept returns on purchases, but we’re open to hearing about the situation and providing a suitable remedy as much as possible. Do reach out to us at for such appeals.

  • Can I self collect my order instead?

    Yes, of course. You may reach out to us to set up an appointment so that we can have someone available to attend to you. Do make sure you have the proof of purchase and appointment confirmation with you.

    Our clinics are open Monday to Sunday, 10am – 9pm and open on public holidays, excluding Chinese New Year.

  • Can I track my orders?

    We are working on this right now. Our orders are always shipped between 3-7 working days. If you need to know the status of your order, do reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.

  • Do you accept direct exchange?

    We are unable to provide a direct exchange, but you may submit a request to return the old item and place a separate order for the new item on the web store. This procedure ensures that your new item arrives in the quickest possible time, while we inspect the condition of your returned item..

  • Do you make deliveries on weekends and Public Holidays?

    If your order was placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. excluding holidays), your order should arrive as follows:

    Standard Delivery: within 2 – 5 days of placing the order (ie if you placed the order on Monday, your order may arrive soonest on Wednesday).

    Same Day Delivery, before 2pm: on the same day, before 6pm.

    Same Day Delivery, after 2pm: on the next day, before 6pm.



    For weekend and public holidays, we regret to inform that we are unable to fulfill any same-day delivery orders. Alternatively, you may arrange for a pickup from one of our outlets.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We are not shipping internationally right now.

    We are based in Singapore and currently only ship locally.
  • How do I read the expiration date on my product?

    We inspect every bag that enters our facility, but we understand how frightening it is to receive a bag that appears to be out of date. While many of our products are labeled as DD-MM-YY, most American brands are labeled as MM-DD-YY. Look for a county of origin or an American flag to see if your brand is from the United States.

    For products originating from China, the date of manufacture will be stated on the product. For the exact shelf life or expiry date, please write in to our email for further information if it is not indicated on the product or on our website.

    For products originating from Korea, both the date of manufacture and date of expiry will be stated on the product packaging.

  • How do you ensure my items are in good condition before it reaches me?

    We inspect our orders at three key phases along the fulfillment process:

    Stage 1: Receiving the products at our warehouse;

    Stage 2: Packing and dispatching your order for delivery

    Stage 3: When your item is picked up and delivered to you


    Because we want your shopping experience to be straightforward and pleasurable, we are committed to preventing damaged goods from occurring.

  • How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

    After you submit your return request, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you within three business days to schedule an appointment. For the time being, we do not accept walk-ins.

  • I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?

    We’re sorry if you’re experiencing this. If you have the order number from your confirmation email, you may drop us an email and we will be glad to run a check for you.

  • I missed my delivery because the address or contact information I gave was incorrect or the driver was not granted access due to my residential security. What should I do?

    The package will be returned to our fulfilment center. You may arrange an appointment with us to pick it up or redeliver for a fee of $7. We strongly recommend you to ensure the accuracy of shipping option, address and contact information submitted to ensure a pleasant fulfillment experience.

  • What are the delivery and self-collection options?

    Our shipping solutions are straightforward and adaptable to your specific requirements. Please let us know if you require special requests to accommodate your schedule, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

    Delivery options that we currently offer in Singapore are:

    Standard Delivery: $3.99 (expect arrival within 2 to 5 business days)

    Same Day Delivery: $13.99 (for orders placed before 2pm Singapore time, expect arrival before 6pm. For orders placed after that, expect arrival on the next day)


    International Shipping options are currently not supported. Please get in touch with us via email for special requests.

  • What if I’m not at home?

    Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you at the contact number that you’ve submitted. If no one is present or contactable for further instructions, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate or security. If other arrangements are preferred, you should leave us a note before your package is dispatched.


  • What should I do if there are missing or defective items in my order?

    If you had to go through this, we’d like to sincerely apologize and please be assured to we’d like to rectify the situation as best as we possibly can. Please contact us via email, and we will respond as soon as possible.

  • What time will my delivery arrive?

    Standard delivery options will arrive within 2 – 5 working days. (ie if you place your order on Monday, it should arrive earliest on Wednesday)

    Same day deliveries are only valid for orders placed on weekdays before 2pm. Same day deliveries will arrive before 6pm.

  • Can Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang cure COVID-19?

    We cannot validate this claim as we believe there is insufficient evidence to conclude this. Within Singapore, Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang capsules are not approved by HSA to treat or alleviate symptoms of COVID-19, and such claims are disallowed. However, the US Health Agency did say that Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang can help COVID-19 Patients recover faster, and the manufacturer themselves Yiling is continuously conducting studies to support the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen capsules in COVID-19 treatment.

  • Does this product contain gluten?

    We are pleased to advise there are no added gluten in the formulations of Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang.

  • How to store the product?

    The shelf life of an unopened packet of Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang is 3 years, and it must be kept in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. Storing it at room temperature is perfectly fine.

  • Is this product suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

    Yes, Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

  • It is safe for pregnant women and children?

    Our Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang are not advisable for pregnant women and children under four years of age to consume.

    Children aged 4 to 18 years are recommended to consume half the recommended dosage of adults.

  • What is the recommended dosage for children?

    We recommend to children to consume half the recommended adult dosage.

    The recommended adult dosage is 4 capsules x 3 times a day.

    Note: 1 box contains 24 capsules and will be sufficient for a child for 4 days.

  • When should I consume this product?

    Consume this table 3 times daily after meals. Recommended 4 capsules per dose. You will maximize benefits by taking it consistently.

  • Where can I find this product in Singapore?

    All Sin Kang TCM products are available at all Sin Kang TCM Clinic outlets in Singapore, and can be ordered online. Expect delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
