• Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical consultation and advise appropriate medical treatments that include Acupuncture, Medicine & Moxibustion, etc
• Provide professional TCM diagnosis and treatment to patients based on an assessment of patients’ health and wellness
• Assist in TCM health talks, outreach, article writing and health information sharing

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioners Board
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Pain Management/ Women’s Health/ Children’s Health/ Beauty experience would be an advantage
• Required language: Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates & patients)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing patient satisfaction

You will represent Sin Kang TCM as a front-line support staff. You will provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock count, and management.
