1. 八段锦的其中两式

a. 第一式:双手托天理三焦

b. 第三式:调理脾胃须单举

2. 抖动

3. 压腿

4. 先仰后屈

5. 左右旋转+手左右平行展开

6. 左右侧屈

7. 踮脚50次

8. 推车 → 弓字步(前弯后直) ,后脚内扣

9. 深呼吸10次
