After Tui Na, take a glass of warm water and refrain from taking a cold shower for at least an hour. Soreness, slight skin redness, and edema are common in the days following therapy.

Tui Na, unlike Western massage treatments, works with the body on a deeper, energy level, rather than only the muscles, bones, and joints. Tui Na practitioners use their hands to feel the client's energy and then manipulate the flow and distribution of that energy during the session.

Each tui na session normally lasts for about 60 minutes, with about 30 to 40 minutes dedicated to the neck, back, and shoulders. The remaining time will be used to massage the limbs and head to ensure a well-balanced massage therapy session.

After tui na treatment session, it is normal to experience soreness, swelling, and skin redness. These symptoms will slowly dissipate over the next few days.

You are recommended to follow up with the treatment at least once every week to prevent relapse so that we can treat the illnesses for long-lasting relief and better overall health.

Yes, you can do a Tuina treatment for sprains. Tuina can help to relieve muscle sprains or strains, by enhancing the blood circulation of the affected area. We recommend you to seek a formal diagnosis from our physicians before starting any Tuina treatment.
